The following terms and conditions shall apply to the use of www.suppliesforall.gr. Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to for brevity as "visitor" or/and "user" or "customer" depending on whether they are limited to merely visiting the store or also placing orders and purchasing products and services) is deemed to consent to and unreservedly accept the terms set forth herein, without exception. The Company's liability is limited to its obligations undertaken under the contract with the consumer and it will make every possible effort to respond to them within a reasonable timeframe.

Transfer of Risk
In contracts where the supplier dispatches the products to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier has been commissioned by the consumer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by the supplier, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier.
