Due to the volume and weight of our products, we deliver within Attica using our own vehicles*. Specifically:
Orders delivered to the following areas in Attica, with a value exceeding €40, can be serviced by our own vehicles free of charge.
The areas we serve with our own vehicles are: Agia Varvara, Agios Dimitrios, Agia Paraskevi, Athens, Egaleo, Alimos, Ano Liosia, Argyroupoli, Acharnes, Byron, Galatsi, Zefyri, Zografou, Heraklion, Thrakomakedones, Ilion, Kaisariani, Kallithea, Kifissia, Korydallos, Marousi, Metamorfosi, Moschato, Nea Erythraia, Nea Ionia, Nea Smyrni, Neo Psychiko, Nikaia, Paleo Faliro, Papagou, Piraeus, Petroupoli, Peristeri, Rentis, Faliro, Fyli-Chasia, Chaidari, Chalandri, Cholargos, Psychiko.
For other areas, shipping is available via courier, transport agency, or store pickup.
For orders over €40 in the rest of Greece, please inform us of your preferred transport agency, and you will be charged for the respective agency's shipping costs. Shipping from us takes 2-7 business days from the confirmation date; delivery time to the destination depends on the transport agency.
€4.00 for parcels up to 2kg and €1.50 for each additional kilo within Attica
€4.00 for parcels up to 2kg and €1.50 for each additional kilo in the rest of Greece
The cash on delivery fee is €3.00.
Orders delivered by our own vehicles are carried out Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
**Please note that due to the nature of our goods, their volume may exceed their actual weight. In such cases, shipping costs are calculated based on their volumetric weight according to their dimensions (width x length x height / 5000). Consequently, shipping costs are calculated based on the resulting volumetric weight.
***For cash on delivery orders, we contact you by phone for confirmation. If we are unable to reach the customer, the order is automatically canceled within 10 days. The same applies to orders with bank transfers where the deposit has not been made within 7-10 days.
