Returns for Incorrect Orders
Returns for incorrect orders are accepted within 14 days of receipt and only for replacement with an identical product.
All shipping costs are borne solely by the buyer.
The product must not have been used under any circumstances.
The packaging must be in excellent condition.
Otherwise, our company may refuse the return of the product. The transportation cost is borne exclusively by the buyer.
Our store must be informed immediately before any action is taken.
In case of our error, all costs are borne exclusively by our company.
If an invoice has been issued, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.
